We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and down-to-earth person to join our small factory team. You’ll need to have a good attention to detail, and good knowledge of tools and equipment.

What does the job involve?

Use of tools & factory equipment - if you’re comfortable around tools and machinery, you’ll pick this up quickly. Full on-the-job training provided

Typical manufacturing processes will include assembly, fabrication, inventory management

Completion of tasks as per company methods and quality standards and values

Performance of your duties in a quality-oriented and timely fashion

Occasional forklift use. We’ll help you get trained/licensed if needed

What makes you the right fit?

Good mechanical aptitude

Strong awareness and compliance for safety

Attention to detail with good verbal communication skills

A willingness to learn new information and skills

Works well on your own and as part of a team – we all pitch in and help each other out

What hours of work are required?

Permanent part-time role (casual considered with consistent availability)

3–4 days per week, 7–8 hours per day (we’re flexible on which days)

We’re looking for a minimum 24–30 hours/week commitment
