Jager Coatings are an expanding business in Pakenham, Victoria, we are now hiring. The right individual will need a solid work ethic and enjoy growing with us as a business. We pride ourselves in running a well organized, consistently maintained workshop as a team. We are looking for a general hand willing to learn. Knowledge of the industry will prove worthy but not essential.

Essential:

Ability to start immediately

Basic hand tools knowledge and experience.

Ability to learn

Ability to achieve deadlines.

Powder coating industry experience would be well regarded; But not essential.

Driven to achieve and produce quality work.

Factory experience preferably in a manufacturing/construction based role.

Drivers license and reliable transport.

Forklift license preferred but not essential.

About you:

Ability to self motivate, achieve deadlines, flexible with a solid work ethic.

Must be Physically fit and able to lift 25kg

Time management skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team environment as well as alone.

Fulltime casual with the opportunity for permanent full time work after 3 month probation period.

Job will include but not limited to: loading and unloading of jobs to the baking trolleys. Cleaning, sanding and wiping down of jobs before coating. Unpacking completed jobs. General house keeping to keep the work environment clean, tidy and safe.
