About the role

HPS Transport is seeking experienced local HR Drivers to join our team in Canning Vale, WA. This full-time role is a crucial part of our operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods across the region. As a local HR Driver, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of goods and materials, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate a heavy rigid vehicle to transport goods and materials across the local area

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe working condition

Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation

Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols and company policies

Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients as needed

Work collaboratively with the wider logistics team to ensure efficient operations

What we're looking for

Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence

Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and safe driving practices

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Reliable and punctual with a commitment to safety
