About the role
As our Rural Programs Administrative Officer, you’ll support the delivery and development of our Rural Programs Portfolio. Reporting to the Manager, Rural Pathways and Rural Generalist Training, you’ll coordinate processes, manage data and provide high-level administration and stakeholder support across teams.
As our Rural Program Administrative Officer, you'll also:
- Provide high-level administrative support to rural GP training programs
- Coordinate meetings, events, agendas for various internal/external stakeholder meetings
- Support policy reviews, process improvements and registrar inquiries
- Maintain accurate program data and liaise across education & training teams
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the Manager Rural Pathways and Rural Generalist and process expenses.
- Assist in accreditation processes, cultural competency initiatives, and continuous improvement of workflows and procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in administration and event coordination
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and database systems
