Your new role
This Concrete Labourer role is a hands-on opportunity that forms a vital part of our client's dynamic team, contributing directly to their reputation for excellence in the concrete industry. The successful candidate will assist in preparing work sites, managing materials, and supporting the pouring and finishing of concrete, ensuring projects meet the highest quality and safety standards. While prior exposure to concrete work is beneficial, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are paramount, as the role includes comprehensive on-the-job training in advanced concrete techniques. What you’ll need to succeed
- Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Possession of a current White Card
- Previous exposure to concrete work is highly advantageous
- Willingness to work 50-hour weeks
- Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Committed to long-term growth and career development within the company
- Focused on maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Able to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment
