Full-Time Electrician – 4-Day Work Week

GLADMAC Electrical is seeking a reliable, qualified Electrician to join our team in Gladstone, QLD. Enjoy a 4-day work week while working on a variety of quality projects across residential and commercial sites.

About the Role

This full-time role includes a mix of residential and commercial electrical installations and fault finding. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, delivers quality results, and provides great service to our customers. As part of the GLADMAC Electrical team, you’ll be expected to show professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude on every job.

Key Responsibilities

Perform fault finding and electrical installations for residential and commercial clients

Carry out maintenance work, including repairs and upgrades

Handle electrical tasks on new builds and renovations as required

Installation of split system air conditioners

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site

Use job management software to manage daily schedules and job reporting

What You’ll Need

Current QLD Electrical License

Valid Driver’s License

Construction White Card

Experience in residential and commercial electrical work

Experience with split system installs (Cert II in Split Systems desirable)

Dual trade Electrician/Refrigeration Mechanic highly desirable

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work autonomously and manage your day

Comfortable using (or learning) job management software
