First Federal are looking for a full time experienced customer experience and collections professional to join our team.

Based in the either the Gold Coast Qld or Sydney CBD

If you have a passion for providing outstanding service, have experience in coded collections, experience using Interfi systems, on coded loans teamed with strong ethics and would like to hear more about this opportunity please read on....…

Key tasks include:

Managing general customer enquiries via email and phone

Manage any arrears to <1.2%

Managing any IDR issues

Maintain the loan system, check the newly created loan accounts

Issuing all communication to borrowers

Managing discharges (sending instructions to solicitors)

Conduct pre-settlement calls with borrowers

Provide feedback for process improvements

There will also be opportunities to cross train in other functions of the business for the right candidate.

Some interstate travel will be required.

Experience required:

2+ years of front line collections experience

2+ years of customer service experience in a phone based environment

Thorough understanding of responsible lending, NCCP, and the Privacy Act

Experience dealing with customers, brokers, solicitors, valuers and internal teams
