At Perfect Start Early Education, we provide holistic early learning programs tailored to each child’s needs. Our centres cater to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, with a strong focus on school readiness, infant care, and play-based learning in a warm and inspiring environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Support Educators in delivering high-quality early learning programs.

Lead and mentor others in the team to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Support in planning engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Be confident in taking on Responsible Person in Charge (RPIC) duties when required.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and the community.

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR currently actively working towards.

Current accredited Child Protection Training, First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

Current Paid Blue Card.

Passion for early childhood education and a strong understanding of child development.

Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF.

Availability between 6:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
