Responsibilities:

Serving drinks and meals efficiently and professionally

Maintaining a clean and organised bar and dining area

Providing friendly and welcoming customer service

Assisting customers with gaming machines and payouts

Monitoring compliance and gaming regulations

Keeping the gaming area clean and welcoming

Bottle shop sales and stock control and service

Cash handling

Requirements:

RSA & RSG certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol & Responsible Service of Gaming)

Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential

Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
