Your Role as Team Leader

• Lead and support a team of Speech Pathologists across various clinic locations
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentoring to junior and early-career clinicians
• Drive service excellence and uphold best practice standards
• Shape service delivery models and contribute to ongoing innovation within the practice
• Maintain a minimal caseload, ensuring leadership remains your core responsibility
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals

What You Need

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
