We are looking for an experienced allrounder to help lead our front of house team at our North Adelaide bakery. This role is offered on a permanent part time basis (around 30-35 hours per week).

Hours: Mostly afternoon shifts (approximately 11am-5pm), Monday to Friday.

The bakery is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8.30am to 3:30pm, and Sunday 9:00am-3:00pm.

You will be responsible for excellent customer service, coffee making, food preparation, packing and display of products whilst always maintaining a clean tidy work environment. There will be an element of leadership to this role as you will be the afternoon shift supervisor and work closely with the Store Manager and Customer Service Team Leader.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

· Previous customer service experience

· Well developed leadership skills

· Coffee making experience

· An ability to work independently and be self motivated

· Reliable and timely

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

· Experience working at a retail bakery

· Experience preparing sandwiches/platters etc. in a commercial setting

· Previous experience undertaking open or close shifts at a retail store
