A multi-Disciplinary Project and Construction Management Company within the mining and agricultural industries. Working as a client representative assisting in planning and execution of projects up to $100 million.

The Role:

The core objectives of this role are to provide electrical engineering oversight for the Company and their clients in an electrical disciplinary function. Provide technical support to project teams. Developing and assisting with tendering, evaluation and further management of construction contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide leadership in accordance with Client Safety Management and Quality Systems and standards.

· Electrical engineering functions for projects

· Developing scopes of work for projects work packages.

· Developing and assisting with tendering, evaluation and further management of construction contracts

· Assist with business development and project budget activities and growth aspirations in field of expertise.

· Managing and overseeing contract on the client’s behalf

· Provide technical support to project teams.

· Develop and review specifications, equipment lists, and other engineering deliverables as required.

· Coordinate third party engineering consultancy firms to prepare engineering detail for projects.

· Perform technical reviews and input into tender evaluations (multi-disciplined)

Qualifications and Essential Criteria:

· Tertiary Electrical engineering qualification

· Project Management (desirable)

· C Class drivers licence

· At least 5 years experience

· High level of understanding of various disciplines including SMP and EIC

· Electrical design principles

· Competent commissioning and quality planning and management

· Risk Management

· Proficient use of Excel and other digital software

· Project Management and Supervision experience

· Commercial and contract management

· Self-motivated, grounded, proactive and professional with good communication skills.
