Job Description:
As the SMSF Manager, you will lead the SMSF division, ensuring the firm delivers exceptional service to clients while mentoring and guiding a skilled team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for SMSF clients.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of junior staff, reviewing their work to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on SMSF strategies, compliance, and regulations, ensuring the team adheres to best practices.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance SMSF processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Review team members’ work to ensure it meets the firm’s high standards and complies with relevant regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally over 7+ Years or have extensive SMSF management experience
• Proven leadership skills, with a passion for developing talent and leading by example
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to provide tailored advice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
