We are looking for a Service Repair Technician to join our growing team at our growing team at Cheltenham, VIC. The Service Repair Technicians will effectively diagnose, and repair returned products in accordance with the company manufacturer's warranty and ACCC regulations to support best in class customer experience.
We're looking for individuals with a technical background in electronics or mechatronics to join our team and perform testing and repairs on a wide range of robotic products and e-scooters.

Responsibilities
Complete preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on range of Robotic equipment and e-scooters
Dismantling and reassembling product to make a diagnosis.
Continuously improving the warranty and service processes looking for ways to streamline where possible
Ensure product is working according to specifications outlined by the manufacturer
Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in products and equipment

Provide support and feedback to service operations, compliance and quality departments
Performing Ad-hoc duties as requested by management
Ensure compliance with company procedures
Performing breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance and delivering quality repairs within a timely manner
Test & Tag compliance
Ensure your activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
Skills and experience required:
A strong technical/mechanical aptitude and keen interest in repairing electrical products.
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work to set KPI's and self-manage time
Excellent personal presentation and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills
Ability to work in a team environment and work as autonomously
Ideal candidate
Someone trustworthy and a quick learner
Someone with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Someone with experience in a similar role (ideally but not required)
Someone who enjoy interacting with customers and has the ability to build great relations
Someone capable of working both as part of a team and unsupervised
Someone who has had experience with e-scooters (ideally but not required
Need an understanding of electronic circuitry and methodology
Enjoy the challenge of fault finding to quickly diagnose and rectify at pace utilising electronics test equipment
Have a practical mindset and ability to problem solveHave hands on experience with a variety of workbench hand tools
Be good Mechanical assembler aptitude
Work with little supervision although technical support is available
Provide technical and product information to customers to increase their knowledge
Provide a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations
