About the role:
We have an exciting Quality Assurance Officer (QA) position for those with call centre and/or customer service experience who are looking to pursue a career in QA. Working within a supportive team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of QA within the company, which will include but are not limited to:
Complete inbound and outbound customer experience audits.
Review to improve customer experience, compliance, and process handling standards.
Collate information to identify reoccurring trends/issues that need to be reported to management.
Assist in the development of customer improvement programs.
Identify opportunity gaps and liaise with relevant departments to action.
If required, attend internal and external calibration sessions.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Quality Assurance experience (preferred but not essential).
Call centre and/or customer service experience.
Analytical and reporting skills to identify trends.
Ability to provide constructive feedback to leaders/management.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work within specified time frames.
Strong administrative skills.

Casual role offering up to 38 hours per week between Monday-Friday
