We’re looking for a Junior Maintenance Technician to join our on-site Engineering Team and help start up and shut down our daily production smoothly! Shifts are Monday to Friday and we have the option of a 7am -11am or 2pm-6pm shift.

The Role

As a Junior Maintenance Technician, you’ll be supporting our team by:

Assisting with scheduled maintenance on a variety of production machines

Start up and shut down of machinery essential to our Production Team’s success

Learning to troubleshoot machine and operator-related issues

Logging machine faults and maintenance activities

Supporting the team in improving equipment performance and efficiency

Working alongside our experienced team to develop your skills

About You

This role is ideal for someone eager to start or grow their career in maintenance and engineering. We’re looking for:

A hands-on individual with a passion for mechanical work

Some experience in maintenance or an engineering-related qualification (preferred but not essential)

A problem-solver who enjoys fixing things and learning new skills

A team player who communicates well with engineers and production staff

Someone who takes care of tools, equipment, and company assets

A calm, collected mindset under pressure
