About Us

Therapy Link WA (TLWA) is a dynamic paediatric allied health service based in the Perth Metro Area. We specialize in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Physiotherapy for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. Our small, tight-knit team of 11 expert clinicians is passionate about what we do, and we truly value our team culture.

What You'll Do

We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist with a passion for early intervention and physical disabilities. You’ll be helping children and adults improve their functional skills and participation goals through evidence-based therapy. The role is as dynamic as you are, with opportunities for mentoring, skill development, and working alongside experienced Senior Occupational Therapists.

What to expect:

Flexible hours with negotiable Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) ranging from 0.4-1.0

Various work options: Full-time, part-time, casual, and contracted roles available

Community-based services: working in homes, schools, childcare settings, community spaces, and our accessible clinic in Manning

Assistive Technology prescription as part of therapy services

Who Are We Looking For?

We want an enthusiastic, experienced clinician who is ready to contribute to a thriving team!

Essential Skills & Attributes:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist

Current AHPRA registration

Valid Australian working rights, driver’s license, and access to reliable transport

Current Working With Children Check

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A fun, engaging personality that connects with clients and colleagues

A passion for aligning with TLWA values

Desirable Skills:

Experience working with children and adults with neurological or developmental disorders

Experience in the NDIS model or Assistive Technology prescription

A background in delivering interventions to both kids and adults
