Maintenance Coordinator

Unique opportunity for a qualified Carpenter or Bricklayer looking for their next challenge. This role is ideal for an individual who is looking to work for a major builder and has long term career aspirations to move in to a Site Supervisors role

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for clients post handover. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and coordinate trades to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to maintenance requests from homeowners

Liaise with trades and internal teams to coordinate repair works

Monitor open requests and ensure timely completion

Use systems such as Framework and Onsite Inspect to log and track issues

Maintain strong client relationships through clear and professional communication

About You:

A trade background - Cert III Carpentry or Cert III Bricklaying

Strong organisational and communication skills

Maintenance Assessor (2IC to Maintenance Manager)

We're also looking for a hands on Maintenance Assessor to act as the 2IC to the Maintenance Manager. This role is ideal for someone with technical knowledge who can confidently assess defects and coordinate rectification work.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess all maintenance and service works submitted

Write up maintenance tasks and coordinate their resolution

Liaise with homeowners and external service providers to manage expectations

Identify the right contractors for the job and issue purchase orders

Monitor costs and approve payments for completed work

Support the Maintenance Manager and help improve internal systems and processes

About You:

Experience within residential building maintenance, construction, or estimating

Ability to read plans and identify building defects

Excellent time management and attention to detail

Confident communicator with strong coordination and admin skills
