Parts Interpreter – Ringwood Mazda

Ringwood Mazda is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Parts team in a full time role. As a key member of our team, based at both our Trade Parts Centre in Mitcham and our Ringwood Dealership, your role will involve a variety of duties including:

• Accurately interpret, quote and sell parts to all trade, retail and online customers with the aim of providing complete customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with eCommerce parts sales, and responding to online customer enquiries
• Work with internal departments and external customers to maximize parts sales opportunities.
• Proactively provide accurate delivery window estimates to customers
• Understand and execute effective spare parts stock control and inventory management processes.
• Co-ordinating with our warehouse team on inbound and outbound stock requirements.

To work with us, we’re looking for:

• Previous parts sales experience, within either a dealership environment or aftermarket.
• Experience with Pentana Solutions ERA dealer management, Partscheck and Repair connection software is desirable
• eCommerce experience is desirable
• Full Driver’s License
• Mechanical Aptitude / Experience in the automotive industry
