Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide process operators during shifts.
• Monitor and control production processes for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Conduct equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Adjust workflows to meet production schedules.
• Enforce quality control measures and investigate deviations.
• Maintain records of production, equipment logs, and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with WHS protocols.
• Train and mentor entry-level operators.
