THE ROLE
Reporting to the Change and Transformation lead you will support our client through a large-scale change project involving the implementation of a new HRIS. At the direction of the lead, you will drive communication and engagement strategies, assist with training and documentation, and ensure the successful adoption of new HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Key focus areas:

• Change management planning and execution
• Communication and stakeholder engagement
• Impact assessments and readiness evaluation
• Training support and development of user guides
• Development of change materials and program communications

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and experience supporting HRIS transformations.

Please note this is a 6-month temporary role.

THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to work within an environment that is experiencing considerable change. You must have proven HRIS implementation experience, ideally with the system Workday. You will be able to demonstrate change management experience and project management capability within a healthcare environment. If you are an influential problem solver, that loves change this could be the role for you!

Ideally you will be immediately available to support this short-term project.
