MARS Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Based in Sydney's CBD, the company offers a collaborative team environment and takes pride in its supportive and forward-thinking culture.

The Responsibilities:

• Prepare, balance, and reconcile payroll, PAYG, FBT Tax, Superannuation, Workers Compensation, and other financial transactions.
• Serve as the primary uploader for Payroll and other HR payments, including superannuation.
• Review commentary on invoices in preparation for circulation.
• Collaborate with outsourced vendors to collate, provide, and review employee-related payroll information.
• Monitor, resolve, and track tickets with vendors.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll reports.
• Contribute to the administration of our superannuation clearing house.

The Requirements:

• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Experience using SuccessFactors.
• Looking for candidates from financial services organisations.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong Excel skills.

To Note:

• Sydney CBD Location close to public transport links.
• Open to candidates on Working Holiday Visas, provided they have 6-12 months of experience within the Australian market.
