About the role

We are seeking a Concrete Agitator Driver to join our team at Burdett's Sand Soil & Stone' in Langwarrin, VIC. This role is responsible for transporting and delivering concrete to construction sites in a safe and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck to transport concrete to construction sites

Deliver concrete on schedule and ensure it meets the required specifications

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe working condition

Comply with all relevant road rules, safety regulations and company policies

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, quantities and any issues

Assist with loading and unloading the concrete as required

Communicate effectively with the operations team, site supervisors and customers

What we're looking for

A current Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence

Experience driving concrete agitator trucks or similar heavy vehicles

Strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and customer service skills

Commitment to safety and a responsible approach to work

What we offer

Casual rate $32.06 plus overtime Monday to Saturday role
