Scantec Refrigeration Technologies is a leading industrial refrigeration company, providing comprehensive services from design and construction to preventative maintenance. We serve clients across Australia and Oceania, delivering high-quality refrigeration solutions, including Ammonia and CO₂ systems.

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Refrigeration Site Manager to join our construction team. This role requires travel, depending on site locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage on-site construction and installation of industrial refrigeration systems.

Coordinate and supervise technicians and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Plan and execute scheduled works, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and project managers.

Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support on-site.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience in industrial/commercial refrigeration (preferably Ammonia and CO₂ systems).

Previous supervisory or site management experience in the refrigeration industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and work both independently and collaboratively.

Ability to obtain relevant supervisor licenses for the states you will be working in (e.g., QBCC Mechanical Services Supervisor License for QLD).

Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (preferred).

Current driver’s license.

Forklift and Elevated Work Platform license (preferred but not essential).
