As their project pipeline continues to expand, they’re looking for an experienced and confident Project Manager to lead upcoming works across metro Sydney.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind multiple projects. You’ll take charge of project planning, client engagement, programming, budgeting, and delivery. Working with a strong internal team and reliable subcontractor base, you’ll ensure high-quality outcomes are achieved on time and on budget. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build a strong reputation in the market.

DUTIES

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across fit-out and new build scopes.
• Oversee programming, procurement, and contract administration.
• Lead client and stakeholder communication throughout project phases.
• Manage and support site teams to ensure WHS and quality compliance.
• Report regularly on project budgets, timelines, and milestones.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally in fit-out and new build.
• Background delivering projects in education, health, or retail sectors is highly regarded.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Sound understanding of contract admin, construction methodology, and local compliance.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
