About the role:

We are looking to grow our team by adding an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Representative. This role will report to Senior Management and offers an enticing commission-based incentive program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and broadening the company's presence within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new business through effective lead generation.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting.
• Provide regular updates to management.
• Meet sales targets established by management.
• Represent the company at networking and industry events as needed.

Skills & Experience required:

• A proven “hunter” with consultative selling skills.
• Strengths in managing the end-to-end sales process including lead identification, qualification through to closure.
• Effective and clear communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence at operational, management and senior executive levels.
• Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment.
• Knowledge of SME business and various industry sectors.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal abilities
