We will be looking for candidates that show:

A genuine passion for Early Childhood

A team based based to teaching and learning, our educators MUST be able to work collaboratively and celebrate the achievements of others.

Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Regulations.

A sense of enthusiasm for creating and working with and contributing to a positive team culture.

Understand that the educators' role is to facilitate learning in ways that suit each individual child.

Exceptional problem solving skills in high pressure and busy circumstances

A positive outlook on life and ways of being, including Self-management strategies that allow for a positive disposition and enthusiastic approach at all times.

A growth mindset and disposition for curiosity that will help us to grow and learn as a learning community over time.
