About the role

Do you Own and Drive your own 14 Pallet Heavy Rigid Tailgate Vehicle? Are you willing to put in the hard yards to make good money?

We are seeking experienced and motivated Owner Drivers to join our team at Josies Transport Group. As an Owner Driver, you will play a vital role in our road transport operations, delivering goods and materials to our valued clients in Regional Victoria. This contract position offers the opportunity to be your own boss and benefit from the flexibility and independence of being an Owner Driver.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating your heavy vehicle to transport goods and materials to Regional Victoria

Adhering to all road rules and safety regulations including Chain of Responsibility laws

Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and performing routine maintenance checks

Liaising with clients and providing excellent customer service

Maintaining accurate records and reporting on deliveries

Working collaboratively with the Josies Transport Group team

What we're looking for

You will Drive your own 14 Pallet capacity vehicle. Must have a Tailgate. An Electric Pallet Jack a definite advantage

Regional routes available

Valid HR vehicle driver's licence

Demonstrated experience as an Owner Driver in the road transport industry

Strong understanding of vehicle operation, maintenance and safety including Fatigue Regulations

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work autonomously

Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high-quality service

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Tech savvy
