Project Manager – Tier 2 Commercial Builder | Sydney

Join one of Sydney’s leading Tier 2 commercial builders, known for delivering quality projects across education, health, aged care, retail, and community sectors. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead and deliver a recently awarded project valued $180M.

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a new construction project. You’ll lead a site-based delivery team, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure excellence across safety, quality, time, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from construction commencement through to handover
• Lead and support project teams, including mentoring site staff and subcontractors
• Oversee programme planning, risk mitigation, cost control, and safety compliance
• Collaborate with design, commercial, and client teams to deliver on expectations
• Promote company values and a positive culture across the project team

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial construction projects
• Strong track record across various sectors (e.g. education, health, community)
• Proven experience delivering new build construction projects valued $50M+
• Strong leadership, team management and stakeholder engagement skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related qualification
