About the Role

This position offers a diverse caseload spanning paeds to adults, with opportunities to specialise in areas such as neurodiversity, mental health, voice therapy, and dysphagia. You'll work across mixed settings, from clinic-based therapy to community outreach.

Graduates/Early Career Professionals: Benefit from reduced billable targets and a comprehensive onboarding program with plenty of non-face-to-face hours for learning, development, and buddying with senior staff.

Senior Clinicians: Take on exciting challenges, develop new programs, specialise in areas of interest, and engage in research and problem-solving projects. Plus options to take on team leadership if you would like too.

You’ll be led by the director who is an experienced Speech Pathologist boasting 15+ years' in the field. This leader also trains support workers and contributes to resources like the My Support Space website for NDIS participants.

Multiple locations across Melbourne, with caseloads tailored to ensure you won’t need to travel more than 30 minutes from home.

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology

SPA membership

Unrestricted Australian Working Rights (Sponsorship can be provided for the right applicant)
