About the role

Bright Horizons Psychology is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Templestowe Lower, VIC. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify client needs

Developing and implementing tailored therapy plans to address client speech and language goals

Collaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care

Maintaining detailed client records and providing progress updates

Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of speech therapy services

What we're looking for

Degree in Speech Pathology

Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)

Experience working with children

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Demonstrated experience in providing assessment and intervention services to clients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills

Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

A strong understanding of the NDIS and experience working with NDIS participants is highly desirable
