About The Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Full-time Maintenance Manager with expertise in repairing and maintaining industrial machinery, tools, and equipment. You will be responsible for minimizing downtime, ensuring all machinery is in top condition, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies to ensure our operations and equipment runs smoothly.

Full time role (6 Month Probation Period)

Monday – Friday 6:30am -4:00pm

Immediate start available, with job fulfillment required ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain pallet machinery, nail guns, saws, hand tools, and other essential equipment.

Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize equipment failures.

Conduct routine inspections and safety checks.

Source and order necessary spare parts and tools.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

Train and oversee maintenance staff if required.

Skill Requirements:

This is a professional skilled role, a trade skill in the maintenance field is essential. The following skills and experience are necessary.

Proven experience in machinery maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing related industry.

Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and troubleshooting skills.

Experienced with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Be competent in the use of computers and programming software for troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
