About the role

This is a full-time Solicitor role within the respected Eden Lawyers' firm based in Albury, New South Wales. You will be providing legal services and advice to clients on estate planning, wills and probate matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading law firm and contribute to their success.

What you'll be doing

Drafting and reviewing wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents

Advising clients on estate planning strategies and options

Handling the administration of deceased estates, including applying for probate and dealing with asset distribution

Providing guidance on estate-related disputes and litigation

Supervisor Conveyancing Staff

Preparing Contracts of Sale Property and Businesses

Maintaining thorough and accurate case files and records

Collaborating with other legal professionals as needed

Delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships

What we're looking for

Admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales(or Victoria, QLD) with 1+ years of post-admission experience

Demonstrated experience in estate planning, wills, and probate matters

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Proficiency in MS Office suite and legal practice management software
