Your Organisation:

As a leading Not for Profit organisation with a National footprint, this organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis!

As an organisation they provide many services to the community across mental health, disabilities, youth and mature Australians that require community care.

They're are seeking a highly organised and driven Senior Marketing Advisor to join the marketing team of this Not-For-Profit organisation for a 3-month contract, with the possibility of an extension.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a dynamic marketing team and play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives across the organisation. If you’re a great communicator, a strong networker, and an expert at managing multiple projects at once, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

Reporting into the Marketing Manager your role will include:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Regional Managers and General Manager's, to understand their marketing needs and priorities.
• Coordinate the creation of brochures, review copy, and organise photoshoots as needed.
• Provide content for social media, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing goals.
• Facilitate the marketing project process, from initial request to final delivery.
• Act as the liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution.
• Review and write marketing briefs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support smaller campaigns by coordinating with the web team or managing additional tasks as needed.

Your Profile:

• A proven professional with experience in marketing coordination, ideally within a complex organisation (experience in the not-for-profit sector is not essential).
• Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage expectations.
• Organised, driven, and able to handle multiple projects at once—prioritising tasks and following up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, Teams, and familiar with intranet and project management tools.
