With multiple projects landing over the next few months, your experience in commercial construction will see you hit the ground running. You’ll be supported by well-trained Project Coordinators, and the directors will provide the guidance you need.

This business flies under the radar. The majority of their work comes through long-standing relationships and referrals. Only 20% of their projects are won through open tender.

The company has two divisions: Fit-out and New Build, with Fit-out contributing to 35% of the live projects.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need at least five years of experience in commercial construction. A degree or diploma in Construction Management and a solid, stable work history are also essential. As part of your journey to PM, you will need at least two years as a CA on commercial projects for a head contractor.
