Automotive Superstore is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As an industry-leading Automotive Parts & Accessories Retailer, we take pride in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Assisting customers via Emails, Live Chats and Phone calls.

We are looking for talented individuals who share the same passion for everything Automotive. Whether you are into the classics, muscle cars, JDM, Euro, 4WD Off-Road, you will be joining a team of equally enthusiastic car fanatics.

About the role:

Interact with clients on the face to face, phone, email and webchat in a professional manner

Uphold the company’s strong reputation for customer service by meeting all customer needs and exceeding expectations

Generate quotes and timelines for clients as requested

Proactively seek solutions to problems

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Making unhappy customers happy

Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

Rotating roster with 1-2 Saturday's per month

Closed Sundays and Public holidays

The successful applicant will possess:

Proven experience in a similar role (customer service/automotive)

Previous experience in an Automotive Parts Accessories store a PLUS (Auto Pro, Autobarn, Repco, Bursons, AutoOne etc)

Ability to remain calm and professional, even with challenging clients

Ability to work effectively independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Australian citizen or full-time visa holder with fluency in English
