Stemolition is looking for a hardworking and reliable team member to join our tight-knit demolition and construction crew. We're a small team of five, tackling detailed demolition, propping work, and civil-based construction projects (including footings, retaining walls, and earthmoving).

About the Role

This is a hands-on, active role that involves a mix of:

✔ Driving & Transport: Moving materials, machinery, and waste to appropriate locations.
✔ On-Site Work: Assisting with demolition (both manual and machine-assisted).
✔ Equipment Maintenance: Basic upkeep like cleaning, greasing, and fluid checks—nothing too complex, but you should have a basic mechanical understanding.

This is not just a driving job—you’ll be expected to jump in and help on-site with power tools (jackhammers, demo saws, etc.).

Schedule:
🕒 Standard 40-hour workweek
⏳ Overtime/weekend work is rare

Work Locations: Mostly CBD, East & South-East suburbs, with occasional jobs outside these areas.

What You Need to Apply

✅ Manual Medium Rigid (MR) License + towing experience
✅ Own transport for when you're not using the truck
✅ Excavator/machinery tickets + ability to load/unload equipment
✅ Willingness to get hands-on with tools & equipment
✅ Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment upkeep
