Our Client, is a market leader in Financial Markets, who provide a diverse range of products and services to individual investors, institutions and private businesses, require the services of a market orientated professional to join their settlements team in Asset Transfers on a 12 month Fixed term Contract.

This is the perfect opportunity for an individual with 3 plus years back office experience in wealth management to join a great brand and cement themselves in a team and culture that prides themselves on the quality of their service to the clients and their focus on process improvement.

Our client is keen to meet with candidates who are highly client / team focused, organised, high attention to detail, can work autonomously, have a strong equity markets and operational knowledge base, broker to broker transfers / sponsorship and Off Market Transfers and reconciliations.

The role will require the successful candidate to respond to all incoming queries in a professional and timely manner, process asset transfers across domestic and international equities, managed funds, domestic and international fixed income and bonds. The client does have the capacity to train and develop their staff on all systems but are keen to meet candidates with a strong experience base in equity transfers..

To be successful our client is ideally looking for applicants who have 3 Plus years in back office operations in broking, have strong verbal, written communication skills, intermediate to advanced skills on excel and word and the ability to build and maintain established relationships, have a keen interest in the Australian share market and have a proactive and team focused mindset.
