What's The Role?
Process Improvement & Business Operations

• Evaluate and streamline workflows
• Help remove bottlenecks and reduce operational friction
• Help build a centralised hub for all policies, processes, and SOPs
• Assist in training and onboarding for new operational teams
• Design and implement performance tracking systems
• Create dashboards and reports that give real-time visibility across the business
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure reporting leads to action
