Blue Collar Trades Recruitment Specialist required for permanent role South of the River

We are looking for a Blue-Collar Recruitment Specialist who is equally suited to filling a small portion of white collar positions to join a small, dynamic team based South of the River. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing mining trades into numerous projects with top-tier clients. Your ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines will be key in ensuring that their workforce is always ready to meet industry demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a pipeline of mining trades talent.
• Source, screen, and onboard candidates for a variety of mining trades roles and white collar engineering and management level positions
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain engagement.
• Ensure compliance is adhered to.
• Manage the onboarding process.
