The Opportunity:

Our client is a well-established Australian civil contractor, specialising in the delivery of pipeline, dewatering, and pumping infrastructure.

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team and assist in delivering projects across Western Australia on a 2/1 FIFO roster. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both upstream and downstream processes.

The Position:

• Create and manage contract documents and notices.
• Ensure project delivery within defined scope, time, and budget
• Process client payments, assess subcontractor claims, and compile monthly reports.
• Assist with preparing, reviewing, and submitting claims.
• Handle the contract management system, including client correspondence.
• Manage the contracts for both upstream and downstream.
• Support subcontractor evaluation and setup.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project objectives

The Requirements:

• A background in civil works, building, pipelines or pumping infrastructure
• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar is ideal.
• Po-active, Collaborative, ability to work with various teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills.
• Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to read, understand and apply contractual terms, conditions, and clauses.
• Effective organisation and planning skills.
