About the role

Freight Link Couriers' is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Courier to join our team in multiple locations in Far North QLD - Cairns, Atherton or Mareeba. As a Courier, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of parcels and documents to our valued customers. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, customer-focused organisation.

What you'll be doing

Collecting and delivering parcels and documents to customers within the designated service area

Ensuring all deliveries are completed in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining accurate records of all pickups and deliveries

Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client inquiries or concerns

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safe handling of goods

Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

What we're looking for

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Experience in a courier or delivery role, preferably within the Couriers, Drivers & Postal Services industry

Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience

Excellent time management and organisation skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A good level of physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
