Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and punctual Courier Driver to join our growing team! As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a safe and efficient manner. You must have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver packages to customers on time

Ensure all deliveries are made according to route schedules

Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients

Handle parcels with care and follow company policies for loading and unloading

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine vehicle inspections

Complete delivery logs and maintain accurate records of deliveries

Communicate with the logistics team to resolve any delivery issues or delays

Follow all traffic and safety regulations

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Previous courier or delivery experience is a plus but not required

Ability to navigate using GPS and maps

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
