About the Role

Join a dynamic team as a Clinical Research Associate II or Senior CRA and play a pivotal role in advancing a range of biotech clinical trials.

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact studies with a focus on oncology, respiratory and other areas. You’ll collaborate with leading investigators, ensure protocol compliance, and contribute to the development of groundbreaking therapies.

You will also have the opportunity for direct communication with end sponsor, upskilling ready for progression to CPM. This is a growing company and so faster-progression pathways are offered here.

Suitable for experienced CRA (18 months+). Must have independent onsite monitoring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for biotech trials.

Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and study protocols.

Manage site relationships, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial lifecycle.

Resolve data queries and contribute to clinical study reports and documentation.

Support feasibility assessments, site activation, and patient recruitment strategies.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or healthcare.

1.5+ years of CRA experience.

Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (ICH-GCP, TGA, FDA).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
