About the Role:

As a Branch Service Supervisor, you’ll oversee the electrical service function, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality service delivery, and strong financial performance. You’ll manage a team of 6-7 Electrical Technicians, estimate job costs, run projects, and support overall branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Operations: Manage and optimise service delivery, ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Project Management: Plan and oversee electrical jobs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Estimating & Quoting: Prepare competitive quotes and ensure accurate job costing.

Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and develop a team of technicians to maintain high standards.

Financial & Business Growth: Drive revenue and ensure profitability within the service division.

What We’re Looking For:

Electrical trade qualification (essential)

Experience in service management, estimating, or project supervision

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams

Knowledge of Australian Electrical and Fire Standards (preferred)

Full driver’s license (essential)
