About the role

Pebblestone Building Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team on upcoming aluminium and timber projects in Sunnybank, QLD and Alexandra Hills, QLD. Our area of work stretches throughout SE QLD, with occasional regional and interstate projects.

We are looking for experienced tradespeople to join our team. You will play a key role in the construction of aluminium and metal cladding systems as well as timber construction.

This role is a casual or ABN role, with potential to turn into full-time as we secure more projects.

What you'll be doing

Installation of aluminium cladding, perforated metals, batten screening

Installation of timber framing, decking

Reading and interpreting architectural plans and shop drawings

Adhering and promoting high safety standards

What we're looking for

2-3 years' experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry

Own transport and tools

Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret building plans

Proficient in the use of hand and power tools

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to workplace health and safety

WAH and EWP Ticket desirable, but not essential
