Heritage College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join the primary team at Narre Warren South Campus. This is a part-time position (0.40 FTE to work wednesday and Thursday . This position is open to graduates and commences on Term 2, 2025.

Key Responsibilities Skills and Qualifications

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, differentiated learning programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum, integrating ICT and using effective assessment strategies to evaluate and enhance student outcomes.
  • Apply evidence-based teaching practices and reflect critically on feedback to continuously improve professional knowledge, skills, and student learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a culture of improvement in teaching and learning within the school and the wider Seventh-day Adventist school system.
  • Actively support and promote the Christian-based values and ethos of the College, including planning and leading daily Christian devotions, in alignment with the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
  • Engage in professional learning to stay current with educational research and contribute to school priorities, while modelling the College?s values and behaviours.
