Your Role:

As Showroom Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our Brisbane showroom, ensuring an exceptional experience for both retail and trade clients. You’ll be responsible for sales growth, showroom presentation, and building strong connections within the architecture and design (A&D) sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Driving sales by delivering outstanding customer experiences and expert product recommendations.

Building strong relationships with designers, architects, and clients to generate new business.

Managing inquiries, quotes, and orders to ensure a seamless client journey.

Tracking invoices and payments for smooth financial transactions.

Staying ahead of industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

Monitoring sales performance and using data to optimise results.

Maintaining a beautifully presented showroom that reflects our brand’s aesthetic.

Who We’re Looking For:

A sales-driven professional with a genuine passion for interior design.

Experience working within the A&D community, with a proven track record in sales and client management.

Strong understanding of design principles, colour palettes, and materials.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Highly organised, with strong time management abilities.
