Position Details

• Part-Time, Permanent (0.8 FTE)
• Classification: Registered Nurse Level 3 with salary range Level 3: $121,247 - $127,866per annum pro rata + Superannuation; Health Professional Level 3 with a salary range of $110,418 - $125,555 per annum pro rata + Superannuation

About your new role

The Clinical Lead will provide clinical oversight for, and leadership of a multidisciplinary mental health team to inform and guide the delivery of high-quality mental health services in the primary care setting. Manage and coordinate the intake of referrals to ensure efficient and effective flow of clients through the service, including triage and assessment of clients.

Additional to the clinical lead role is the opportunity to carry a part time caseload on alternate days to the clinical lead days of work.

What you will bring to the role

• Cognitive Behaviour Therapists - Minimum 2 years post graduate experience and registration with PACFA
• Proven experience at a senior clinical level within the area of mental health service delivery
• Experience in successfully leading/coordinating a team of staff and working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team with the ability to inspire and facilitate team commitment and cooperation
• Demonstrated experience in preparation of reports with recommendations
• Experience working across a range of Commonwealth and State funded mental health programs and ensuring program implementation in line with funding requirements and contracts

• Formal tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy
• Current full registration as Registered Nurse with current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) essential or
• Current full registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse with annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) essential, or full registration as a Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) or be eligible to hold membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)

• Current Nursing AHPRA registration
• Current Australian drivers licence and access to a car
• Australian working rights
