About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a career-driven individual to gain hands-on leadership experience while working on exciting new projects. You’ll collaborate with the Leading Hand and General Manager to oversee on-site operations, maintain product quality, and help drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with senior management, learning key leadership and operational skills.

Manage on-site labour, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of work.

Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Assist in site inductions and ongoing safety practices.

Read and interpret construction plans accurately.

Oversee scheduling and prioritization of work to meet production targets.

Reporting daily outcomes to the Production Manager and upper management.

Contribute to new projects and designs, helping to improve and refine our products.
